SHIPPING

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Once an order is placed, please allow 2–3 business days for processing before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service selected. We offer express shipping for $25 and complimentary shipping on orders over $500 USD.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, UNA is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are unable to redirect or recover packages once they have been dispatched.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love your pieces. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to accept returns.

Full-price merchandise may be returned within 21 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment. Merchandise must be: unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

To begin a return, please use the link in your order confirmation email and follow the steps provided. For any questions, please email us at hello@una-lab.com.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@una-lab.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.

LOST PACKAGES

UNA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
